Interpreting support for companies in Italy

Interpreter for a trade fair, event or business meeting

One interpreter is assigned to your event and follows the schedule agreed with your company. Beforehand, the interpreter studies your website, presentation, catalogue and specialist terms; at the venue, they interpret conversations with visitors, partners and organisers.

Business interpreting

Trade fairs, events and business talks

The interpreter’s tasks are agreed before booking so that they understand the product, the participants and the purpose of the conversation when they arrive at the venue.

01 · EXHIBITION STAND

Conversations with visitors and partners

02 · BUSINESS MEETINGS

The interpreter conveys what participants say, discussions of terms, questions about documents and the points the parties agree during the meeting.

03 · EVENTS

Presentations and business programmes

The interpreter supports you at an industry event, interpreting presentations delivered with pauses, audience questions and conversations during breaks.

More about trade fair interpreting

Working format

One interpreter for the entire event

One specialist is assigned to your company for the agreed dates and hours. They receive your materials in advance and retain the context of the same stand and meetings throughout the event.

Consecutive interpreting

The speaker delivers part of a sentence or a short section and then pauses. The interpreter conveys the meaning in the other language before the conversation continues.

No equipment hire

The booking covers my interpreting work. I do not provide booths, receivers, tour-guide systems or other equipment, nor do I supply a rotating pair of simultaneous interpreters.
