Which languages do you work with?
Russian, Italian, English, Spanish and French. Each interpreter has their own combination of working languages. We confirm the required pair and the interpreter's availability before you book.
Can an interpreter travel to another European city?
Tell us the city, date and meeting format. We will check who can travel and discuss the travel arrangements with you.
How does consecutive interpreting work?
You speak and pause so the interpreter can convey what you have said to the other person. The interpreter then interprets the reply. This format suits negotiations, meetings at trade fairs and personal consultations.
What determines the price?
To prepare a quote, we need the languages, subject, city, date and duration of the meeting. Include these details when you contact us. Once we have clarified your requirements, we will send you a quote.
What materials does the interpreter need?
Send the meeting agenda, presentation, catalogue or website link if you have them. List any specialist terms and questions you plan to discuss. If the materials are not ready yet, start by describing the subject.
Can I book an interpreter for a medical appointment?
Yes. We interpret during consultations, examinations and hospital stays, including appointments related to pregnancy and childbirth. Your first message only needs to include the language, clinic and date. We will discuss how to share medical documents separately.
Do you provide equipment for simultaneous interpreting?
No. We provide consecutive interpreting at meetings and trade fairs. Booths, receivers and other equipment are not included in the service.
What happens after I complete the form?
